I draw from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Self-Compassion Mindfulness. These and other approaches are adapted to be both Neurodivergent and neurotypical-friendly. You can expect tailored approaches to each individual's unique story set in a safe, non-judgmental, and sensory-informed environment with acceptance and humour, growth, and creativity.

Assessment Support
Using PsychoEducational Counselling expertise, I support both adults and parents of children who are going through the Diagnostic Process for Neurodevelopmental and Educational assessments. I help with understanding the process of accurate diagnoses and how the results relate to daily life. Resource and team building, self-care and processing post-diagnostically are important elements for developing accurate language and healthy and helpful understanding and strategies.
Funding
I intentionally keep costs low to minimize barriers to mental health support. $110/hour can be charged to (BC) Autism Funding, most Extended Benefits Providers, some Special Education budgets through Online Schools, and of course, through private pay. If finances are a challenge please take time to discuss possible arrangements.

Please note: my sessions are generally 1.5 hours for individuals and 2 hours for couples
